Heated Mirrors & window weirdness

Sure I saw another post simular to this but I can't find it so forgive me.....

I was driving along today with the roof down enjoying the rare sun we are having in the UK at the moment, Ialso had my windows down I put my hand on the wing mirror glass (for no particular reason) and it was very warm, seems the heated mirrors were on going full pelt! Is this normal? Like I said I have the roof down and it was a nice warm sunny day!!

Also my WIndows have a random mind of their own when I put the roof down/up, sometimes they go full way down and say down, sometimes they go half way and when the roof is going down come backup and the latest trick is that when putting the roof up they will both come back up then the passengers will go back down......(this made me leave it parked once with the passenger window down!) Anyone else have this?

Not major problems but just a little odd!

Heated mirrors are on at all times, so no worries there.

There is a window reset procedure in the DIY section, should solve your window problems

Had same issue with windows and reset procedure cured it. Had to do it last October when the weather turned from warm to cold and then again 2 weeks ago when it went cold to warm! Seems to be a seasonal maintenance job for me whenever the weather changes

I did do the Window reset about 10 months ago, time to do it again I think........
