Headunit suggestions?

If you want BT and iPod integration you can get one of these or a similar device.

Most people tend not to change head units as aftermarket ones don't look right in the dash of the Z.
Other than that, someone here is doing an iPad Mini install .. if you're feeling adventurous!

Another option would be to stick it in the centre console behind the seats (as they're single din fittings)
The only issue then would be that you would need steering wheel controls at a minimum, but it does give you a new unit with what you're after along with retaining the oem look.
