A heads up to members. Went to view this z4 M Coupe today.

Obvious bonnet repair, misaligned with panel gap discrepancies and to add to this, it was far to much trouble for the salesman to move one vehicle in order to take it outside for a better look in the light, and when requesting a test drive we were told 'it just drives as you would expect, we have two people interested in the car so unless you are going to buy today..' Well that was all I needed to hear, needless to say I didnt waste my time looking round the rest of the vehicle. Being in sales myself it is bewildering to me how people make a living with their sheer lack of professional quality.

Anyway, a simple heads up, not about the business as one bad sales experience shouldn't be held as a true representation of the business on the whole, but of at least one area of poor repair on the car, with possibly more upon further inspection.

Just a BTW did you know that each time you post a link from that type of site it published the post code you enter as a location !

Lostboy, I cant see pics on the eBay listing but it had 51 on and yes M centre caps on rear wheels and dash, more than likely the same car.

Steve, did you take it out for a spin?

Def the same car.

What was wrong with the bonnet exactly?

Looked to be a repair down the centre line, finished with a poor paint job and aligned incorrectly when refitted. A very minor issue and easy to resolve to a high standard but may warrant further inspection for a perspective buyer.
