OK. My grip of German is not the best, but this link appears to be for an M wheel with paddles:

Seller's feedback is non-existent. Auction doesn't say will ship to UK (most German sellers do though). But - it is VERY cheap!

For an M wheel with paddles its not that bad. On ebay.de M wheels without go for EUR 225 - 250 on average ...

I made a decent bid on this early afternoon, which was quickly outbid, but couldn't monitor it at the closing time - I did notice that it later said shipping to GB was not possible ! Although seller had zero rating I think they might be connected to another with similar name who trades many BM parts.
