Ooh, interesting! I spent hours today trying the clean the green patches and mould and lichen off my roof from the previous owner keeping it under a tree, without joy!

Wonder how hard it will be to swap the roof? And what I could get for my less than excellent roof.

Can't really afford it right now and it's the wrong end of the country so I can't inspect it. Need to try some different cleaners on my roof to try and shift the last few marks.
 
Hi Dan,

use APC and scrub with brush and wash off with a power washer.

I have done roofs that had small tress growing out of them and they came new.
