Headrest booster ?

Might sound like a silly question but does any body have or know where to get headrest boosters.
I find that I cannot put my head back when driving, friend of mine had a new X5 and the head rest has a booster that allows him to completely relax his neck and head. As someone that has a dodgy back now and again this would be useful on my Coupe. Any clues any one ?

They're not head 'rests', but rather head 'restraints' to stop you snapping your neck when you're head is smashed backwards in a crash.

However, the item you're looking for is probably just a little adjustable neck cushion - like this, or this, or one of these.

It was probably due to something as simple as the truncated form of 'restraint' being used in adverts.
