Haven’t driven for a few days and went for a long drive today.
When I parked I noticed a lot of condensation inside the headlight.
Is this normal?

Not normal if the car works as intended.
Sadly, fairly normal in reality.
Once the rear access panel is disturbed to change a bulb it never seems to quite seal again.

Best option is remove both headlights, dry them out thoroughly, swap the seals between the two access covers so the non-flattened, clean side is facing outwards, apply a smear of grease to the surface of the seal and fit the covers back on.
If that doesn't cure it then you need to buy two new covers, which come with seals already installed.
