Headlight washer, no water jet

Both headlight washers pop up but the passenger side ejects no water, there's nothing coming out under the car so the hose hasn't come off.
How do I get to it to check for blockages etc? Don't want to start just dismantling and break something without knowing the procedure, cheers.

Cheers, another few hours work to do then.

Well if the washer jet is coming up then you know that some water is flowing to it as it's operated by hydraulic pressure, so the blockage is in the jet itself or volume of water flowing. Frankly I'd get someone to operate it, grab it while raised and use a pin to clear the nozzles. It's a 5 minute test job before getting further in

I'd then pull the top washer pump out and clean its filters as they get blocked with gunge

Once both done it'll likely work, but if not then bumper off to fully investigate, although you can take the washer out through the access hole, but first time will baffle you

For reference, here's a shot of the back of my bumper. The nearside headlamp washer is on the grass at the bottom of the pic.
