Headlight washer leak

I keep getting a little puddle of water in front of the nearside front wheel. It must be coming from the windscreen washer bottle because the low level light has come on but I don't use the washer.

I'm guessing the tube to the headlight washer might have come loose or off. I haven't investigated it yet but is the headlight washer and tube easy to get at or does the bumper have to come off?
 
damn thing this started happening to me on the offside...if its a bumper off job then its going to BMW to be done under warranty...if they cover it....

I had a look at mine whilst I was changing wheels and had the wheel off and you can get access to the headlight washer through the foglight access panel. Couldn't find my leak though.
 
Could well be the unit itself that's leaking/broken then. Mine were about £70 each to replace, I think (parts).
