Headlight washer assembly

Hi
I've lost one of my headlight washer covers
I've bought a replacement but I'm unsure how it to attach it once it's been painted
Inside the hole I can see the headlight washer but it seems to have parts missing to attach cap to headlight washer

Anyone got any part numbers / assembly drawing
Is it easy to attach to washer
