I noticed today whilst restoring my headlight that there appears to be 2 sets of halo lights yet only one lights up, is this normal? And is there a way of getting the others lit?

if they are OEM Xenons then only the inner ones have the halo ring, the outter ring will just be the edge of the 'bollock' which looks like its an angel eye.
Talking about the Xeon lights, I have the housing lens in mine. Is it possible to get a conversation kit to change it over to Xeon, any advice on this please
