Headlight lens

I just bought my first Z4 and the headlights are atrocious. I did some searching and didn't really find anything on this topic. Do you think it is worth trying to polish the marks at the top of the lens out? Specifically the mess over the projector in the pics. Any suggestions on what products to use if you think they can be polished? Thanks in advance.

They look about the same as mine were.

I used my DA polisher (megs g220) with a medium pad + menzerna polish then a fine pad and less agressive polish.

Both look like new now, no issues at all.
