I changed my hid bulbs a few months ago...not that it burned out, just that my passenger side has a different shade than the driver side. It’s been good ever since. A week ago, I noticed that my driver side takes a minute or more to turn on..even if I fiddle with the switch it’ll take a minute and more for it to turn on. Sometimes it turns on immediately with no issues. Any ideas? Igniter? Ballast?
