Headlight clouding advice

Looking for advice on products .
After cleaning and polishing headlights them come up great,but after a short time a week or so they look cloudy again,whats the best products for maintaining these clear.
Uv protection,wax ceramic coating ?
Anyone recommend any diy products out there that they have personally found to work.thanks

Thanks guys,will check them out,not really after a polish or cleaner the lights are back to clear just a really good purpose built sealant that will last :thumbsup:
