Red round things? They look like rubber dampers. Are they fixed or they slide up and down? As I was searching around yes it is possible. But you have to remove the silver projector housing from the back as well. Which means if you look at the photos a lot of delicate work. It is easier if you just the the front lens glass (plastic) off.
