Headlight adjuster not working

Man I'm having a nightmare with my zed ATM, basically my car failed it's not due to the offside front headlamp not moving up or down. I purchased those lovely aftermarket angel eyes but after having them 2 years it's given up the ghost. Am I looking at getting a new adjuster motor fitted? And also I know these light units are sealed. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
are your head lights bmw units?

if so you can pick up a new motor fairly cheap (20 quid 2nd hand, 70ish brand new when mine was done years ago, can be fitted with wheel off but itll be fiddly, its 2 screws to do.
