Headlamp washer

My drivers side headlamp washer is leaking. Seems to be coming from the nozzle,body and not where the hose goes on.
So having phoned my local dealer, they are saying it is called the " nozzle,jet pressure" and want £79.50.
Seems expensive?
Anyone ever taken them apart and fixed it?
