Headlamp height adjustment

I've searched and found a few threads on this but didn't find this info.

Which of the two white adjusters alters the height? And is it clockwise or anti to increase the height?

Or shall I just use trial and error!?

it should be in your car manual?

It's the one on the top. Put you car near a wall with the lights on and when you turn the adjuster you will see which way the light moves.

Is there a "stop" on the limits of adjustment or do the adjusters just keep turning?

I would imagine there is a stop at some stage but I would guess if you got anywhere near it you would be flashed to buggery. I've had mine turned up one compete turn all year without getting flashed, it would be worth experimenting beyond that in increments of half a turn and reporting back to the forum. I can't as I'm about to put my car in storage for 6 months (job abroad).

I found the stop for the upper limit - but the lights were then illuminating the trees rather than the road!

So have wound it back two turns and will keep checking until I find the right position
