Headers to exhaust nuts torque

I'm replacing my driveshaft flex disc this weekend which requires dropping the exhaust. I've got all of the TIS printouts ready but can't find a torque spec for the nuts used to fasten the exhaust system to the headers (item 4 here).

Can anybody advise?

45 N-m is the spec for other engines, the M54 is not mentioned for some reason. It's the same size stud (M10), so should be OK. It's not that critical, the nut will seize on soon enough anyway. Just don't break the stud is the real world criteria.

Add to the list of nonsensical spec differences between US and the rest of the World. The same page lists slightly different torques for exhausts on US S54 engines vs. Euro S54s. I know the engines have slightly different specs, but exhaust studs??

Cheers bcworkz! I suspected that torque would be appropriate (as specified in 18 00 8AZ) but it's good to have some confirmation ;)

I can't find any torque specs for things like the heatshields though. They're only screwing into the body so I'll be fine just tightening by feel, but I just like the peace of mind of having a spec to torque to!
