Head unit issues

Hi all,

My 2004 z4 over the last few months has started to lose some functions on the stereo system.

First it was toggle 6 for the radio/cd changer and then number 3 stopped working.

The latest is that the toggles that adjust the bass/treble etc won’t work.

Please can anyone advise if there are any quick fixes to this?

I have tried a reset by removing the negative on the car battery and leave it but no difference.

If it's the basic Business one, then probably just as cheap and easy to swap it for another. Black fascia or grey?

Not likely to be fuses as there won't be separate ones for various buttons.
I'd suggest you carefully pull it apart and see if you can fix the button contacts, safe in the knowledge that finding a replacement will be quite easy if it all goes tits up.
