Head light glazing/dismantling

Hi all, i've noticed that my headlights have glazed over and thought i would just have to get the wet'n'dry out and clean them up but when i've looked, the glazing is on the inside!! Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you fix it?

Glazing??
you mean hazing? As in foggy?
If so then try and reach in with a pipecleaner/microfiber cloth to see if it's just dust or residue first before taking the bumper and headlights off.
