Not sure if anyone has thought of a route to get to the ES from Deals Gap. But I propose the linked route, I have driven all of the roads on the route and they are all quality motoring mountain roads. Just an idea.

The other day when I was mapping out my route, comparing the Atlas to my GPS route to Google Maps route, I started thinking of that too...

What a golden opportunity to get some more good driving in on the way down to HC.

If we're doing a drive to Brevard on Saturday, maybe we should choose another route. Highway 28 is nice also with some nice twists and turns. Just a thought.

This is a route that I did with the Audi Club this past May. At least the part from Deals Gap to Highlands, NC. The rest would be new roads to me.
