Haynes Service Manual Terrible

Hi All,
I have been keen to buy a workshop service manual for the Z4 E89.

A warning to you all:
I bought the Haynes online version of the Z4 E89 35i Service Manual for $56, from https://haynes.com/en-au/ and it is absolutely terrible. Just hopeless.

It is not downloadable. It's essentially access to several poor-quality, short PDFs and some hopelessly generic, non-specific videos on how to change oil on a car (a car! not an E89 - not even a BMW!) and terrible diagrams that can only be accessed through their website.

Please don't be tempted to buy it. It is rubbish. Needless to say I have asked for my money back, but I have simply been ignored.

Does anyone know of a proper workshop manual?
Thanks

There are a lot of really good “how to do” on here as good as the old Haynes books once were. Helped me lots of times  go to the “forum” drop down, then E89 “How-To.

I downloaded the one from this forum .

About 7000 pages as covers several different engines but in truth not really had cause to make use of it so can't say how good it is. But then it is 'free'...

I give a link in the How to section.

Been fine for several years now.

I paid several years ago about £10 only to find it was just a link, so i pass it on to you all for free :)

This forum link my other persona.

Thanks very much for this, it's much more along the lines of what I thought I was purchasing from Haynes. Very helpful.

Tis wiring diagrams i don't think as logical as the Haynes type layout as on my download and free :D
Might be more info. on pinouts though.

Yes that’s the pukka product..not the one we can get hold off…ISTA and newTIS are the best you can get for your E89….

So it looks like BMW TIS (Technical Information System) is hard to get. Most links to ISO images have been shut down.

Anyone know where I can get TIS for the e89?
Thanks
