Has anyone lowed your Z4, i need some advice.
I am australia and what i heard from suspension guy, he said its very hard job to change the rear spring, is that ture?

Its a 15-20 minute job each side!

Wheel off, undo lower shock absorber mount, push down wishbone, take out spring! The fronts will be a little harder, but not much...

Your suspension guy is talking rubbish, assuming you only want to change the springs and keep the standard shocks as Ed says the rear is a 15 - 20 job each side, do not attempt the fronts unless you access to some professional spring compressors as the strut disappears into the shock and the amount of compression the spring requires to enable reassembly of the unit cannot be achieved by normal claw type compressors, I know from fitting Eibach springs earlier in the year,

Shipkiller has a how to on the front springs and Cj10jeeper recently posted on how to change the rears

If you access to the proper tools its a mornings work at the most.

OMG, those guys told me at least bloody 3-4 hours job....anyway, appreciated that helps me a lot
Somebody's seriously pulling your leg LOL.

What RichardG says was true for my fronts too, not a job I could do at home with my own tools. But the rear's easy peasy.
