Rama, say, did I tell you that Kraft is building the largest cheese processing plant in the world in Israel?

Will they sell the cheese below market value? Crazy buggers....

Hey mate, I know you just love talking to me, but I'm done now. Enjoy your head cheese!

Nah, I'm serious....they are going to call it Cheeses of Nazareth.

A little forum humor for you.

Since my humor fell flat on Rama... :tumbleweed:

I wish we could form a CO-OP and hedge against future prices. I would certainly lock in at $1.75 for regular. I think we might flirt there for a bit. I know United Airlines is bumming they locked in at $110.00 a barrel for the remainder of 08 for 50% of their purchases.

There are probably ways that regular people can hedge their gas consumption. They may not be pure hedges, but I'm sure there are stocks or futures you could trade to nearly lock-in the price.

Ahhhh, yea... I invested in Wachovia at the beginning of the month, got the "F" out of Dirty Jersey, settled in Las Vegas and adjusted my lifestyle just a tad...

Looking good AJ! We hit Wachovia and Bank of America also, with probally the same intentions. Florida is catching up to Nevada in foreclousures though, we now have a record 7000 foreclousures in Jacksonville, and the numbers are climbing. Enjoy

flyboyaj, is that strip of grass in that pic real grass.... :poke:

Well, it's not imaginary. It's made of plastic, but it's as real as the water in the pool and the stones around it :P :P :P

In Kansas the Highway (Including Interstate) Commissions changed over to private contractors to get awarded improvement or new projects. Wow, what a difference from the old government department work. With a completion date penalty/bonus' clause in the contract it is up to the contractor how to get it done, albeit to specification. Seeing a crew working at night, so as to have the least amount of traffic flow interruption, working weekends etc., and completing the project on or ahead of schedule gives me confidence that we are getting value for the road tax we all pay. And we do this with only a few toll roads. Yeah, I'm braggin'. :)
