Has Anyone used bmwsupply.co.uk
i Am fitting subs in my cubby holes and they list the parts needed i was wondering if the were any good.
all parts are shipped from germany so i assume customs will be payable.

The parts might be coming from Germany, but you're buying from a UK VAT registered company (AV AUTOPARTS LTD, VAT number 347640880, Reg 11640035) with a UK address (in Bromley), and UK bank account (with Natwest)...so your price should include everything.

However, the only way to make sure that you're not liable for any extra charges (due to Brexit) is to ask the company you're buying from - random people on the internet are not likely to know if the company is a bit 'loose' with the truth around these sorts of charges.

If you don't get a satisfactory answer, then take your business elsewhere.
 
Wouldn't touch them personally, have a look about on Google...
Plenty of other places to get these parts from, are they cheaper than just ordering from BMW?
 
I have used them for bits and bobs which I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. No complaints.
 
Prices are more than forum discounted prices from Soper BMW looking ath the few parts I bought recently.

I bough 6 copper seals for an oil feed for £2.80 delivered, that site wants £5.16 plus postage (I assume)
 
I needed a windscreen seal, came two weeks late with a number of random excuses followed by silence. Had to delay screen fitting because of it.

Part came, genuine. Think it will be a lottery with where it comes from. From what I gather they/he sometimes ship straight from Europe to your address. In my case apparently shipped to himself by accident and then on to me.

More stress than it was worth. I used it for the speedy projected delivery date over anything else :!:
 
I can honestly vouch for these guys. Ordered a bunch of times over the last 6 months off them. I've ordered loads of trims (relatively big ones) and smaller finishing bits. Never had any problems. Theyre no use to contact, I tried speaking to them about if some parts would restock and couldn't make much sense of the response other than "no". But if you can put it in your basket they've got it, just go through the process adding to basket and paying and it'll turn up in a week or two :thumbsup:
