HAS ANYONE FITTED A BLUE FLAME EXHAUST

IIRC blueflame is an ebay company no? Not sure if they are the same as powerflow etc, but ive heard bad reviews for BMW's having a non tested system fitted. The likes of Supersprint and Miltek etc take a lot of time on R+D, which then you will get performance increases not decreases.
Might all be cr*p TBH, as ive seen some on E46's and they look pretty good! But personally i would get a Miltek or similar quality exhaust.
What you after backbox only, or cat back, downpipe back?

Yes mate... Bigcoose - was the first one they did for the Z4! I think he had a sound clip - try a search for Blueflame or drop him a PM.
BlueFlame isn't an eBay company, although they are reasonably small and may well sell a lot through there. I had a carbon twin port on my bike, was superb - bought it as they picked up a few awards for best budget can. Would expect the same from their car systems.

Thanks guys, listened to it and seems to soung good. I just love the car but need a better sound track.
Looks like you have to buy a cat back system as I cant find any one just selling back boxes unless anyone can tell me different
