Has anyone changed their own rocker gasket on a 2007+ N52 engine?

Hi DOOM, thanks again. Yes, that's what I expect to see. I'm going to change the gasket soon, and will use hylomar blue in addition to the OEM gasket.
But a question: where was the oil coming from? Was it between the rocker cover and the gasket or the gasket and the valvetronic motor?

Just changed my valvetronic gasket, but want to make sure I have torqued correctly. It's 10Nm for the valvetronic motor screws but is it 7Nm or so for the outer screws (black torx head) that seem to go into the plastic cover?
