The plusses are that it is one of the easiest waxes to apply and buff off and does give a good shine. As other have said it has a rather strange texture - notes of paraffin I thought. Anyway, it achieved the objective of producing a shiny Mini. The first pic shows that the Zed needs doing, but the Discovery is next in line:
Wish our R50 looked as tidy as yours... even tho yours is slightly newer
I think I'll have to buy some of this now
Mine was registered in Jan-12, not the he age that the plate suggests. Mrs Sarah R bought me, Rick M R the plate - SR to RMR![]()
Oh Man.... I bought a tin of this a couple of weeks back, based on this first post... Didn't know it had gone viral!!! I just popped back to say thanks and post a pic or 2... Anyways... It's done a super job on 2 of my cars now!1000rr said:I've been using this for a few weeks now, it's a Carnuba paste Wax and it's bettered any other wax i've used by a country mile (Meguiars Ultimate NXT paste wax and Poor Boys). It seems to change the colour and give the car a warm, deep and wet finish to it. Dead easy to apply and wipe off too, which is a bonus.![]()
I gave the car a machine polish not long after i bought it from a member here, so i want to keep the paintwork in top condition.
Well worth the £20 a tin.

yes +1 been using megs quik mist&wipe detailer after I first applied Harley 5 cleans and a quick spray and still beading but will be applied again soon I think to keep it tip top as it’s really not a big issue to apply again still very happy with itMark-Z4 said:If you want to use make the wax/bead last longer then use this between waxes.
