Hardtop For Sale Thread

Yeah seems okay apart from the glass! No idea what it would set you back for a replacement tho!!

Did anyone notice the hardtop hoist sale earlier today? Being sold by Speedbird230. It's strange how the thread has disappeared now... or is it?

The grey roof on ebay a few weeks back that was being sold with the hoist kit.. It was being sold by a seller called Thora-bria. Strangely Speedbird230 was bidding on it as well as a zero feedback bidder. This pushed my bids up but I smelt a rat. I didn't buy the roof. Then a few days later Speedbird230 is selling a grey hood. He's very local to Thora-bria. Then earlier today on here, he was selling a hoist kit asking for offers.
It seems all rather coincidental and after I posted in the thread it dissappeared??
Seems my genuine bids on eBay were not good enough for the greedy seller(s)?
If I'm wrong then I'm wrong but it's all rather suspicious like I said a few pages back...

I commented on the hoist thread, but it’s vanished. I assume removed by the Mods...

Yes that's it. From what I recall the seller on Gumtree, Peter, was Thora-Bria. The seller Speedbird230, not sure his name. There's a connection between the two sellers..

Strangely, when listed by both they said the colour looks more bronze than grey..

No only 1 as passed the other on to a friend who lives in the same town as me, I still want a white 1 tho but not sure if I will prefer the black or white so I want both in front of me to choose lol :rofl: :fuelfire:
