Hardtop Fitting

Winter is coming so thinking about a hardtop,the details for my car from BMW include "S380A HARDTOP-VORBEREITUNG Hardtop-preparation", will a BMW hardtop just fit on the car with no further action/bits needed? help and advice appreciated - thanks. Is there any difference between pre or post face lift hardtops?

if its a UK car, then your car already has the setup - you just need the hardtop
