Hard Top

Indulge me - a few photos taken this afternoon, playing with shadows and late afternoon sunlight in the English countryside, under the pretext of a road test of the adjusted hardtop. I treated her to a couple of hours of my time with the PC and Meguirs polishes

Straight out the camera so no doubt could improve the pictures with some adjustment, but hey - that's no fun

God I so want one. Tanks for putting even more pics up.....
Hmm hardtop or front aero (or is it M) bumper?

Aero you can look at every day. In Nevada, i'd assume you would only need the hard top for the really hot season and the winter. Aero front and skirts are in my future somewhere.

Yep, it would probably get used more in the summer. During the main summer months even 10PM weather is still in 90's sometimes

That really does look awesome! Changes the whole look of the car no doubt. So, since you have another convertible and you're loving this hardtop, is a coupe in your future? :D

Coupe in the future - nargh - looks close enough to one from front quarter/front

I have my dream set of cars now:
The X5 is the daily runabout. Fully loaded and nicely modified
The Jeep is a soft top, but the hood is fixed on as it has a full external roll cage - that's my competition truck.
The CJ10 is a pickup cab and is a cross between a show truck and hard core rock crawler ($100,000 build cost - ouch)
Leaves me the Z4 now for either 'coupe' or roadster, for pure fun

I'm happy at that :D :D :D
