Hard Top Trim

Hi,

Recently got hardtop however there is a hole in rooflining where the Allen key is used to lock the top into place. I assume there should be a piece of plastic there to cover the hole. If anyone has one or can direct me to where I can buy one that would be great.

Yup, part number 54217076388.

It's long since out of stock everywhere however unfortunately, and I haven't seen one for sale in the 6 months or so I've been looking (though I haven't been looking too closely).

Don't bother ordering any from the various online places that advertise stock either - I think I've tried 5 now and each one was cancelled and refunded.

If you do manage to source one, please let me know!

(3D printing does seem to be a viable option for this part as it's quite simple and small - but you'd need a fair few people interested to be viable, plus a willing donor)

It's the top cover rather than the side covers that is proving to be more elusive (which is what the OP is after - as am I!) - I wonder if mac27040 has had a crack at that one too?
 
I would be surprised if he hasn’t... it’s a smaller, easier piece to make!
 
Thanks for your replies. I also contacted the seller of the Hardtop to see if he has it lying around somewhere in his garage!
