Hard top rattle and lining loose

My Zed has back from the dealer with the ABS unit replaced but the hard top now has rattles above the rear window and the lining feels loose in the same area. :(

Couldn't take the roof off today because it was chucking it down, plus I need a spare pair of hands... How is the lining held in place at the rear? Do I need to take the roof off to secure it again? Thanks.
 
For the record, I didn't need to completely remove the lining. I was able to get my hand in between the lining and the roof above the rear window where it was rattling and discovered a plastic pointy thing attached to the lining which was going into a hole in the roof but not engaging when pressure was applied to the lining.

I tried rotating it 90 degrees and this time direct pressure on the lining snapped it in place! Voila, job done :)
