Woke a bit early this morning. Like a child at Christmas. ( Except a child wouldn't be an ageing fat bloke woken by a weak bladder).
Anyway not the point. This morning I plan to go online, tax the roadie and go out for a blast before the rain sets in for the weekend. Having bought the car, brought it home then put it straight offroad, I am more than excited to drive it again.
I can hear a faint whoosh of cars heading up the A9 from my bed. That will change to the rasp of a Supersprint after my breakfast. Did I put enough smileys on. Nah. :D

Enjoy, mines likely to be another month before I do it.

Unless the weather is good next weekend and I’ve done a couple of job on it that is.

I'll hold out till next month I think. I've still got a couple of jobs to do on it too. The mot is due on the 11th also.

Mine's taxed as of today too (was SORN'd while moving house).

Cheers!

Next month also. Still got a full suspension refresh to do. Just need to find the time and weather.

Mine would normally be April - but we are away in Germany for last two weeks, so its looking like May.

Taxed mine this morning. Not had chance to get her out yet though due to works going on around the house. Reckon it'll be Monday now, straight out into the rainy weather probably :o . Can't wait though :driving:

Mine is taxed all year - I don't have enough willpower to not use it when the weather is good!

I didn’t Sorn the Z4M, used daily for work through the country lanes

I suppose I could have used my diesel Vauxhall Combo van :)

Grumble grumble... April ;@( ... various reasons

I just un-SORNed my E30. I hope to get one roof down drive tomorrow morning before it disappears into the workshop for three months :?

Come on Jembo, it’s brown it’ll be great in the mud. :poke:

Resent paying money unnecessarily to the government, even more so with their latest stupidity

...as it is, am away for work as well as snow pleasure most of March 8)

Far too sensible but sounds familiar. I was away from the car most of the new year and well into February. Probably would still have tax'd it mid-feb had I not had a long hard think about that £555/yr. Can't believe there's been a 10% increase in 3 years without any consideration for mileage. There are millions of decade old cars with 20% lower emissions out there doing 30k/year, not to mention all the hire purchase addicts dropping a 25 year embodied carbon bomb every 18 months.

Another month for me.
I was tempted last week but even an E86 isn't much fun during a Scottish monsoon season!

You guys are missing out on all the fun winter brings

Doesn't do much for the car, mind you. Lots of cleaning required

Mine will be next month I think.

Although I’ve bought an M4 CP and my current commute is on the train, so both are weekend cars & concerned the Z4M won’t get much use. Time to review owning I think. :(
