I noticed that as well - considering they are supposed to provide 24 * 7 support, I seem to get almost a weekly email stating that they are closed for one reason or another.
 
Happy Diwali! I lived next door to a Hindhu family throughout my childhood and my family originate from Leicester so I grew up with Diwali celebrations!

I swear they have a public holiday every month; imagine how well their economy would do if they cut down the number of bank holidays :roll:
