Guys I am really touched by this thread and made me smile when I checked in earlier. Had a really good day despite being at work and now about to have some champagne and cake! The real celebrations will be in Austria this weekend as I hit the slopes of St Anton. Had some cool presents today...here is one from my flatmate...

Long weekend..2 lieu days from working Xmas and Boxing Day. Flying to Stuttgart on Friday then my German friend is driving me to St Anton for a couple of nights, back home Monday. Never skied in Austria so quite excited.
 
It is great, I did a one day trip whilst visiting a client in Vienna. Lovely and quiet, prefer it over France really. You will like it.
 
I went to St Anton last year for a week. It was my first time skiing in Austria.

I found the food not as good as France and less mountain Restaurants, but the Après Ski is awesome.

The Kangaroo bar is worth a visit.

You will have a great time!
