Happy 100th birthday to the last surviving Dambuster - George 'Johnny' Johnson.

What a hero.

Met him at the 50th Anniversary when I was on six-foot-seven.
Just finished reading his book too.
A truly humble and inspiring man, as were they all.
Long may he continue.

I also read his book. He's lasted so well considering his unbelievably harsh upbringing and enduring Bomber Command.
I wonder what he thinks of modern snowflakes and wokes. :roll:

I can only imagine the bleating from some elements if it was today!
