I have 28i 2013. i want a decent tyre with out paying silly high prices.
I can get x4 staggered 19" Uniroyal rainsport 3 delivered for £425 so quite tempting. Hankooks come out a bit higher £460 ish
I will then get them fitted local. I know a pretty cheap fitting center.

yep I use camskill, mytyres, oponeo . I gone for Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 (K120 ) Not sure about the difference between that and S1?
I thought the K120 was the latest tyre.

I've just picked up a set of Vred Vortis and put 2K on them whilst hooning around Scotland.

A great tyre and well recommended on here.

Ive just put 4 Uniroyal RS3's on and I love them. Totally transformed the ride from stupid hard noisey runflat nonsense.
Not a huge amount of rim protection and quite soft sidewalls compared to something like Eagle F1's but thats what I wanted.
£475 fitted and have my old runflats stored in garage roof if I decide to give the car back to dealer at end of PCP.

Unisport reviews show good tyre but low milage, for me Vredstein Ultrac Vorti is the way to go

Never tried the Uniroyals or Hankooks, but I can add another  for the Ultrac Vorti's. Went from run flats to these and it was like night and day. Never had any issues with the tyres - instil confidence in all conditions and have decent sidewall protection too for those little parking errors... Only downside is the sidewalls have a fine ribbing detail, which is an absolute bugger when you are applying tyre gel, as you have to work it into the ribs to get even coverage...

Vredstein Ultrac Vorti is the way to go, i got mine from tyre leader and paid about £420 delivered, 265/35/19 x 2 and 235/40/19

RS 3 are fantastic in the wet but as said do not last as long as some others. I have them on the wife's DS3 last about 3/4s the distance of the michelins it came on.
