handling problems

i have noticed when i take my z4 over 80ish it starts to feel light and unstable. it get worse towards 100mph.
i have 19" lm's lowered with eibach springs.

i just got a new 318 sport plus with RF tyres and to be honest at these speeds it feels realy stable and safe
as far as i remember with standard wheels and springs the z4 was even worse

any on any ideas what might be happening and how to cure it
