B bp1z4m Member May 11, 2009 #1 i seem to get varying amount of handbrake travel when i apply the brake. some times it's three clicks,others times it can be as many as six or seven, does anyone else have this problem ? never happened on my 2.5 i had . :?

A Andy Veteran Warwickshire May 11, 2009 #2 Yeah mines pants, first thing I took it to the dealer for 3yrs ago, but never much better. My top tip - pull it up fully with the button pushed, then lower it. Then do it again and it should be a lot tighter on the second go.
