handbrake removal

Im trying to remove my handbrake due to the 3rd tooth missing , ok any ideas how to remove the 3 nuts (top left /right and bottom left )as space is a little tight ! cant get a socket in there ! need help !

It's intended to remove the black support pan from below to undo those bolts. That means removal of sheet metal and prop shaft to get to it. Exhaust may be in the way too. I would just adjust the cable so that the missing tooth is out of play.
