Had a problem with the handbrake for a while , when i park up normally leave in 1st gear. Thought id investagate rear wheels off ,inside discs cleaned, brake shoes re adjusted ,wheels back on road test and the result was ..........they where s**t ! So thought mmmmm hand brake lever checked and the teeth are worn out on the 4th 5th tooth so cant get the required tension ,
Priced up new £100 +vat ( ish ) ill keep u posted over the next week or so its easy to check just pull up the handbrake gaiter get a torch and you can see the teeth .
