Handbrake adjusted but no difference?

Whilst i got my passenger side door actuator replaced (as in my other topic), i thought i'd ask the indy to adjust my handbrake.
However, it seems to be no better than before? They had removed the wheels and cleaned the brakes and carried out the adjustment via the back wheels and within the car.

Should i mention it to them or do you think it's nothing related to any adjustment?
 
Very easy to do yourself with a flat head screw driver.

I'm sure you only need to take a a wheel off at the very most
 
You don't even need to remove a wheel. Just a wheel nut will do.

I wouldn't call it easy, though; you have to compress the adjustment spring in the cabin first, and you need a long flat screwdriver and plenty of patience.
