Hand brake and plugs

Hi, a couple of quick questions please.
My handbrake on my 2006 2.0i only works on the last notch. How easy is it to tighten?
Also, it's got 63k on the clock and I bet the plugs are from new. What plugs do I need and how easy are they to replace?

The handbrake is a bit of a faff to do, never done it myself do a sesrch on here.I Have done the plugs there easy i used NGK iridium its a 1\2 hour job

double check what i said about the plugs just read your in a2.0l not sure if there same as 6 cylinder cars
