Hiya all,

Just bought myself a 2006 2.0 which I pick up on Friday (being serviced and MOTd between now and then).

Having been a member on previous forums for my previous cars (Tigra, MR2, S2000) I'm hoping that my fourth car forum will be just as much fun!

I have a couple of thoughts to personalise the car a little, and I'll share those ideas as I get to work on it!

For now, I'm happy to be on board!

Photos will go up as soon as possible (Friday night weather permitting!). I'd put up the pics from the advert when I was buying it, but you guys don't want to see standard photos of a standard Z!

I'll see what photographic magic I can work! ;-)

Too right! There is increasing evidence of people who have been on the forum for a long time and when they come to sell their cars they the confess that they don't know how to post pics.

We need to introduce the picture posting equivalent of the cycling proficiency test! :D
 
welcome aboard! only had my Z for a few days now and i absolutely love it! congrats on ur new car and look forward to seeing some pics :driving:
 
I know I know, I'll get the pics as soon as I get a night that isn't raining!

In the mean time I have already had a p0420! Reset, taken for a heavy footed drive and it seems ok at the moment. No idea what fuel the previous owners used so I might need to clear out some of their rubbish!

I've already learned 2 things about the car that I didn't know.... 1. It has an auto hold feature, and 2. I can open the roof with the remote! Awesome!

Wyldie85, I'm just outside Basingstoke, up the A33.
Loving my commute down to Fareham, down the A339, A31, and A32! Top down, rain catching the top of my head, other drivers looking at you like you're a nut job!

I've always said, "If the roof is up, that storm had better have a name!"
