Halogen to HID - Take 2

I have just about convinced my self to go for it but a bit concerned about space for ballasts etc and with osteoarthritis in the 'ol hands need to be happy about my ability to do it. So I'm looking for an old damaged headlight unit pre-face lift E85 to play with. Also hoping to publish a 'How To' afterwards.

Can any kind soul help please?

you making such a big deal out of nothing, just fit hid's to your headlight and put ballasts inside, 15-20min job
 
It is really easy! The most difficult bit is the cramped access.

To wire up when your 'in' takes 5 mins - just go for it!
 
OK Everyone says its easy, thanks. Now which kits have you purchased/fitted please there are just so many to choose from!!
