honestly if they dont have the permission I´d do everything I could do to f**k em up... BTW, nice car... :)

What a bloody cheek to use my car, especially as they did not come from that company, are not that sort of ccfl ring and of course don't have my permission.

Also very unfair on potential buyers who think you can just pick a set of those up and drop them in.

I'll email the seller and report to Ebay too

that's a good deal, I think I'll buy.

I must be slacking....beyond the headlights i'm missing clues unless it's the background and such...

Too bad that I don't have an Ebay.uk account,,,,would be fun to add to the questions part

Hey CJ,,,,How can you distinguish it as being your car????

Cheeky little monkey. Are they a UK based company? If so they will have to remove it upon Phil's request.

What makes things worse is that they plastered their logo all over them and typed "copyright". Why can't they take their own damn pictures?

Here's their initial reply:

Dear cj10jeeper,

Thank you for your email. We just grab the photo from the internet. May I ask how can you distinguish it's from your Z4? And why do you think it's a waste of time with installing this kit to you car?
- euroangeleyes

and my response:

Thanks for the quick reply. It's my Z4 as it's a unique custom, with a 2006 front end on a 2003 car, it has a narrowed number plate holder and aside that is parked outside my home, as shown in the shots!!!

Angel eyes cannot be fitted into Z4 headlights as they cannot be opened - simple. The conversion I have done required 2 complete sets of lights and extensive engineering.

So now you have an explanation please confirm you will cease to use my photographs.

Thanks

I could have laboured on about what I actually used (full circle CCFL's, etc., but hell - to steal my photo, imply it's their product used and then copyright it
I won't lose any sleep over it but feel for the people who just buy a kit and then realise they have been conned.
