Just collected my MR from Halliwell Jones Chester and I have been very impressed with the level of service. The salesman I have been using has been great and managed to sort out any of the items which I asked to be corrected before I collected the car.
The only issue was a delay in collection due to the delay in BMW supplying a broken rear suspension spring to the dealer under warranty. When I asked for some form of compensation BMW refused but the dealer have agreed to pay the labour costs on my next service which is the big Inspection II
