Half-price tyres with free rims!!

EDIT: Not wanting to overstate the obvious, but I'm sure some people must be overlooking the fact that this is £350 worth of tyres, with good condition wheel rims thrown in for free.

For sale due to lack of space - a set of style 104 rims shod with the excellent Uniroyal RainSport 3 tyres.

Style 104 is the standard spec 'bottle-top' 16" rim, which will fit all E85 models apart from the 3.0si.
These rims are in good condition; the tyres are not even half worn and have not had any punctures. All have between 5mm and 7mm tread depth.

Excellent as an emergency spare set, for winter use, or to help someone get the maximum comfort and compliant ride.

Let's say a sensible offer around £175 collected/local delivered; or courier at cost. I'll even include some tatty wheel centres

Located south-west Manchester; happy to deliver locally or along M56/A55 corridor.

I don’t know if you’d be interested in a swap? Unlikely given your need to get rid of them is on space grounds but worth a go! I have a set of 18” ellipsoids on my car which are in need of a refurb. Rear budget tyres are good, front Bridgestone Potenzas are a bit worn (haven’t checked exact depth but by feel, there’s loads of rubber before the wear indicator).

No interest in swapping at all I'm afraid. (slight possibiity I'd swap for a set of the 17" post-facelift turbine style (201?), or maybe a set of MV1s, but nothing else - really I need the space)

My E89 17" wheels got no interest in 3 months so I've given up trying - nobody seems to want 16s or 17s.

The tyres alone are worth that so I hope you find a buyer.

Great for comfort but aesthetics these aren't lookers. Ideally I would love a set of 16's or 17's that look great. What were your E89 wheels out of interest? Also someone said they won't fit a 3.0si so they definitely fit the 3.0i which has larger brakes?

My 17" E89 wheels were Style 290s - they are a 5-spoke design. I've stuck them on my E90 for another summer!

17s definitely fit a 3.0Si as they were standard fit on the SE models.

17s definitely fit a 3.0Si as they were standard fit on the SE models.

They look okay. Surprised there was no interest. Would provide better comfort than 18's for anyone looking for a smoother ride.

I really need to get shot of my 108's. Think it will need to be eBay the next time there is a deal on.
